Rosie Tyrrell, manager of Bistro Romano, has been a part of the team for over a decade. A native of Philadelphia, Rosie got her first taste of hospitality at Martini Beach in Cape May, New Jersey. It was there she developed a passion for global cuisine. Rosie then found her home at Bistro Romano, working her way from server to manager.
Rosie’s gifts of organization, attention to detail, creative imagination and contagious enthusiasm have earned her a reputation for excellence as our private event coordinator, booking private functions and events both in the restaurant and off premise venues. Rosie will execute your vision while maintaining a pleasant, calm and helpful demeanor to ensure an amazing experience for you and your guests.
Rosie has a passion for cooking and loves to experiment with different flavors and local and seasonal ingredients found on her weekly excursion to the Italian Market, along with fresh herbs and vegetables that come from her garden. Rosie’s love of Bistro Romano has also extended to her two daughters, Vienna & Sicily, who also work with her.
