Part time schedule (3 days a week to start) Restaurant is open Wednesday to Sunday

Position Overview:

In search of a skilled and well organized line cook to join the BR Team. You will be responsible for and efficiently setting up kitchen stations for our dynamic and ever-changing menu. Collaborating closely with the Executive Chef and Sous Chef.  The Line Cook will play a pivotal role in bringing our signature creations to life.  Successful candidates will demonstrate exceptional organization, self-motivation and keen eye to detail.

Responsibilities:

Exhibit proficiency in culinary techniques, knife handling and adherence to safety protocols

Follow directives provided by Sous Chef and Executive Chef

Collaborate seamlessly with team members to prepare menu items, weekly specials, chef tasting menus

Ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality dishes within a reasonable timeframe

Maintain composure and effectiveness when working under pressure

Set up stocking stations, ensuring all essential supplies are readily available

Demonstrate adeptness in working swiftly and efficiently 

Thrive in a fast-paced culinary environment 

Additional Requirements:

Capable of standing or walking for extended periods

Ability to lift, push or pull items up to 30 pounds

Reach items positioned at varying heights both high and low
